Encase.it does not accept cash refunds, unless there is a clear error on our behalf. All refunds are issued as store credit on an e-Gift card. To initiate a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and your return back to us must be initiated within 7 days of your posted delivery date.

To ensure that your Case from Encase.It remains in good condition we recommend the following:

- Avoiding any rough surfaces that may damage the case

- Make sure the case is away from any chlorine or salt water to prevent staining.

- Be sure to avoid any liquids and direct heat reaching the case.

- To prevent color fading, avoid scratching or rubbing the case.

- To clean your case, wipe it clean with a cloth. 

Encase.it cases will have normal wear over time. Following these recommendations will prevent and increase the life of case.
