What Is Your Return Policy?

Encase.it does not accept cash refunds, unless there is a clear error on our behalf. All refunds are issued as store credit on an e-Gift card. To initiate a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and your return back to us must be initiated within 7 days of your posted delivery date. Any return request outside of these required timeframes will be rejected. Returns are only acceptable for NON-SALE ITEMS, and the shipping must be paid for by the customer. Custom and marked down items are final sale and cannot be returned by the customer under any circumstances. 

Can I Cancel My Order?

We do not accept order cancellations under any circumstances. Please double check all your order details before placing your order.

 

Can I Edit My Order After Its Placed?

Order change request in regards to shipping, discounts and item changes, must be made within 24 hours of placing you order. Please email us at Info.Encaseit@gmail.com to request your order edit within this timeframe. Due to our short processing timeframes, any change request outside of the 24 hours will be rejected as your order may have completed processing already. Please also note that edit request in regards to your actual items ordered is subjected upon approval as it’s depended upon availability. Item changes MUST have equal or lesser value to be exchanged. If the value is lesser, the remaining balance will be issued as a store credit on an e-Gift card.
